MAINTENANCE TEAM
The maintenance team provides essential technical support for all our restaurant locations. Some primary job duties for Carl’s Jr. maintenance team members include installing, repairing, and maintaining restaurant grounds and equipment. They are responsible for the backbone of our business. They take care of all our assets, IT infrastructure, equipment management, preventative care, remodels, and development of new restaurants.
DISTRICT LEADER
A District Leader is responsible for the performance of the Restaurant Management Teams (General Managers, GMTs/GMITs, Shift Managers & Shift Leaders). This role ensures all employees are performing their job responsibilities and meeting expectations in all areas of their job descriptions. As the District Leader, you will achieve sales growth and maintain company standards of excellence for all your location’s by overseeing all team members and training them to execute QSC standards (quality, service and cleanliness) and to provide exceptional customer service. You will also have a variety of general operations managing responsibilities with a focus on cost control and maximizing profitability.
GENERAL MANAGER
As the Restaurant General Manager, you will achieve sales growth and maintain company standards of excellence for your location by overseeing all team member and training them to execute QSC standards (quality, service, and cleanliness) and to provide exceptional customer service. You will also have a variety of general operations managing responsibilities with a focus on cost control and maximizing profitability.
ASSISTANT MANAGER
As the Assistant Manager, you will achieve sales growth and maintain company standards of excellence for your location by supporting your management team and restaurant team members, training them to execute QSC standards (quality, service, and cleanliness) and to provide exceptional customer service. You will also have a variety of general operations managing responsibilities with a focus on cost control and maximizing profitability.
SHIFT LEAD-TRAINER
As Training support, you will work directly with the crew, SL and restaurant GM, hearing their needs, assessing their weaknesses and building out training directives that allow for the teams successes. You will work hand in hand with the crew and GM understanding their roles, responsibilities, and efforts all while making sure they are aligned with the vision and mission of the company. You will create training directives that outline specific and convoluted material into a legible and trainable format. You will conduct hands on training that help our team build a better knowledge to perform their job. You will lead and direct policies, principles, standards, functions and QSR expectations to ensure the highest level of execution.
SHIFT LEADER
The Shift Leader assists the Restaurant Manager with management activities and duties. The Shift Leader works with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure all activities are consistent with and support the restaurant’s business plan. The Shift Leader ensures all Crew Members and Team Leaders are performing their job responsibilities and meeting expectations in all areas of their job description. You will lead and direct policies, principles, standards, functions and QSR expectations to ensure the highest level of execution.

The Carl’s Jr. Crew Member is the first face that customers see when they walk through the door or first voice they hear when they place a drive-thru order so YOU will set the tone for the Carl’s Jr. “SUPERSTAR Service.” experience and bring the great Carl’s Jr. tastes to life. This is a very important job for a happy, friendly, helpful individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and paying attention to detail. Key responsibilities include taking orders or preparing food, assisting in resolving any service or food issues, maintaining food-safety standards and maintaining a clean, safe work and dining environment. A successful candidate will have a clean and tidy appearance, good work habits and a positive attitude.
