DISTRICT LEADER
Peggy started with Carl’s Corporate back in 1987 as a DT Crew person. She then worked her way into leadership over the years and currently runs 5 Carl’s Jr. in the East Sacramento and foothills area. Peggy enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with friends and family. The best part about her work is working with her team. Peggy has been leading the Sacramento team for over 30+ years.

BILL
VICE PRESIDENT
Bill is an expert with IT and Facilities management. Bill is always willing to go the extra mile to help employees improve their understanding and knowledge of our equipment, systems and integrations. Bill started with Carl’s in 1979 working at the store level in Operations before quickly finding his true niche and career path. In 1990, Bill started the Las Vegas Carl’s Jr. Repair & Maintenance Department to better manage and organize the expansion of Carl’s Jr. Restaurants in the Las Vegas valley. Bill is also a experienced pilot, certified dive master and talented motorcycle enthusiast.

DISTRICT LEADER
Theresa is a positive team player, who you can always count on. She has been with Carl’s since she was 16 years old and is a tremendous asset to the team. Theresa is very tech savvy, adapts to change well and has a great ability to motivate employees. In her free time, she likes to exercise & enjoys traveling.

REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT
Vicky is always supportive & willing to take on new tasks. She started back in 1997 & has been with Carl’s for over 20 years. She started as a Cashier and was continuously promoted for her hard work & dedication. She is currently a District Manager. Vicky is a great team leader and has valuable insight on Operations. In her free time, she likes to work out & spend time with family.

Teresa is the newest member of our Leadership Team. She is always positive and has come to us from a leadership role with over 30 years experience in the restaurant industry. We are excited to welcome a fresh perspective. In her free time, she likes to go hiking, swimming & spending time with family.

REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT
Ruben is the newest member to join our Leadership Team, he was recently promoted from his role as a long-time General Manager. He has a passion for guest service and excels at teaching/training new team members in the restaurant. Ruben is a team player.

GENERAL MANAGER
Art is an incredible person and wealth of knowledge! Art has been with Carl’s Jr. Las Vegas for 39 years, starting back in 1983!! He joined the team as a Crew Member with strong work-ethic & a desire to learn. His talents were quickly recognized & rewarded. Art became a General Manager in 1989 and still operates one of the best Carl’s Jr.’s in Las Vegas.

OFFICE MANAGER
Christy has a bright smile & friendly personality. She started with Carl’s back in 1997, as a Cook. Since then, Christy has worn a wide variety of hats and has had the opportunity to work in most positions in the restaurant. Christy currently manages our Office headquarters and leads our Payroll and HR team. Christy is always the first one to help any of our team members and willing to give her own time to help see others succeed.

Hired in 1991 as a crew member in Blythe, CA. Traveled the western United States working at various locations. Hobbies include watching football with my son, fishing and camping. My family has been working for Carl’s Jr. since 1970. Love the culture at BTO.
